		<description>I&#039;ve made cakes with apple, and apple muffins, but never an applesauce cake, so this is kinda exciting to me to try this variation on the theme. And it&#039;s a sort of comfort-food type of cake ... maybe because it&#039;s homey and from such a classic old cookbook. I like the whole idea, so I&#039;m definitely going to try it soon, the next time I feel an apple-y craving coming on. Thanks for sharing.</description>
